Members of the G. Atwood Manley Society have expressed their commitment to St. Lawrence University through a planned or estate gift. The simple act of making this type of gift has a dramatic impact and provides transformational opportunities for students through current-use or endowment support for scholarships, professorships, internships and more.
Once you complete your estate plans, please fill out our Manley Society Membership form and send it back to let us know. We would like to thank you for your generosity by including you in the Manley Society.
Your membership allows us to thank and recognize you in a special way for the plans you have made. We encourage you to provide us with a photo and short summation of why you chose to make this type of gift to St. Lawrence so we can profile you in various mailings in on this website. In doing so, you just might inspire others to join you! You’ll also receive invitations to our annual luncheon, special events and informative campus updates via mail and email.
Perhaps the most important benefit you will receive from joining the Manley Society is the satisfaction derived from making a legacy gift today that provides for tomorrow.
The Manley Society is named for G. Atwood Manley, Class of 1916, a writer, publisher, volunteer and donor – and a lifelong supporter of St. Lawrence. Today the Society is 752 living members and active pledges totaling $164.6 million.
